Q: Who can attend?

A: Absolutely anybody can attend this event! For this weekend only we are opening the doors of scouting to any and all interested!

Q: Also, I understand the kids get $10 to register for a program, but what happens if they are already registered and we have already paid?

A: If you have registered with a group, then submit your coupon to your Group Commissioner. They will arrange for a refund of $10.

Q: Is scouting co-ed?

A: Yes! Scouting is open to both males and females, since 1998!

Q: What is there to do at the event?

A: We have dozens of activities for you to try, from campsite setup to canoeing in Samac Lake! There will be food available for purchase, as well as live campfire cooking demonstrations! We also have many speakers if you prefer, or just need a break from the many activities. We have a full list of events on our Scheduled Events page!

Q: What is the cost?

A: The cost is $10 per person, however groups larger than 3 people get cheeper rates! A group of 4 people would be $35, and 5 people would be $40.

Q: Why $10 to get in?

A: Your $10 entrance fee covers the resources used for the event, the location, and entertainment all of which are sourced from within our council!
If you decide to register with scouting anywhere in White Pine Council your $10 entry fee will be taken off of your registration!.

Q: Are you a Camp or Conference? What's going on at your event?

A: We are a two day, public, exhibition of Scouting. This is a chance for absolutely anybody to see inside Canada's largest youth organization. If you like camping, learning, eating, and/or having fun, then this is an event not to be missed!
